Bo Burnham in Bethlehem, PA.

I ventured to Bethlehem, PA to visit my friend Megan at her school, Moravian. Bo Burnham played there last night, March 18 2011, and it was AMAZING!


Megan and I got there early and were the first people in line. We were also in the front row, dead center. Bo played some new songs, some old songs (which included "Love Is" and "New Math"), and was just all around amazing. He did my favorite thing and threw glitter out of his pockets...twice. He also did a magic trick that wasn't really a magic trick. He had an audience member pick a card from a deck and then just threw the cards at him claiming that "magic isn't real". I did end up getting one of the cards from the floor that he threw. I'll be keeping it in my wallet forever and it doesn't surprise me that it's the joker card.


Bo's opener was comedian Herbie Gill who was also hilarious. He talked about his job as a waiter and several other topics that were just hysterical.

I'm on youtube!

Ok so I've finally figured out how to use the webcam on my laptop to post YouTube videos, and now I'll be able to post videos! I am hooked on this show. I only started watching it today but I found the first 5 episodes on demand and fell in love with it.

Ok so a lot's been going on lately, mostly I've been depressed over the breakup. OH! RIGHT! Sami and I broke up. Who knows? maybe some angstyl songsll come out of this. I think I'll be ready to post about the whole thing when I've moved on.

I'm Fucking Stupid

The last post I made was about Charlie McDonnell last fucking year and I haven't done anything since AND I started this. I've been cheating on blogspot with tumblr and I'm ashamed. I also have a headache. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH problems.


BUT I start school in a few days and I actually get to TAKE ART CLASSES! SAY WHAT!!??

Also, I can't wait for this bag I ordered to come in the mail.

OH! And I can't wait for this sweet ass t-shirt to come in the mail either.

Indeed folks! I have passed my road test and am street legal!!! yay! School is just about killing me. Thank god for that snow day yesterday or else I would've been in huge trouble. Well, I still am. All the work that was due today (yesterday) still ain't done! woohoo for procrastination! Tomorrow (half day!) I have a speaking exam in Spanish and a test in AP Micro Economics, neither of which I am prepared for. So, now we wait!

Weekend update with Michael Lawrence

Ok so since my last post many things have happened. I've learned many new things on my guitar (have i mentioned it's got built-in recording software?) and Marlee had her birthday and I've gotten into many new things, not the least of which being ZZ Top and, surprisingly, a little Deadmau5. ANYWAY, I also started to get to know an awesome person, who although she's probobly one of the biggest theatre kids in the school (Marlee NOT A WORD. THEATRE KIDS AREN'T THAT DIFFERENT FROM ANY OF THE SUSPECTS), she's an awesome, awesome person who love Doctor Who and is a huge nerd and not afraid to admit it! (see? not that bad). AND! AND! AND! If I can sell my old accoustic, and I'm thinking about selling my electric too, I may be getting a ukelele from a friend of mine. And as a certain character in a certain movie I just saw all the way through, thayt's awll ah hayf tuh say abawt thayt.
